Want to Help? Reduce Meat and Dairy Consumption

I stupidly make fun of vegans. Many people do. But it's not because of their choices or beliefs - it's because of the preaching. Regardless of the topic, people tend to automatically block the noise when they're being subjected to a lecture about morals.

With that said, I fully agree with what vegans say about meat's impact on the environment.

I agree that meat production is killing the planet. I also agree that plant-based diets are healthier than meat-based diets.

Not interested? I get it. People like to eat meat. But you don't have to go 100% vegan to make a difference. Cut back on meat consumption. Don't make it part of every meal. If you can, save meat for a couple days a week. And if you must eat meat, chicken is probably the best alternative.
